Meet the Coach
Tayler Foutz is a Development Coach and Trainer currently located in Orlando, Florida.
Tayler began his professional career as an ecclesiastical representative for his church where he spent 2 years serving and proselytizing on the Southern California Coast. During this time he was responsible for the welfare, training and development of over 250 additional representatives in the area. After Tayler’s ecclesiastical service he returned home to Ogden, Utah and aligned with high-minded professionals in the Real Estate Coaching industry.
As his involvement in the Real Estate industry increased, he was able to associate, interact, and grow with hundreds of top Real Estate professionals and leaders in the United States. This opportunity provided Tayler insight to the ins and outs of building and running a successful business and achieving a big life.
Because of his involvement in the Professional Coaching and Training industry he earned the opportunity to become part of creating a Coaching Company that currently services over $1,000,000,000.00 in annual revenues. During this time, Tayler was responsible for the welfare of the clients serviced and the operational development of processes used by the company. After fulfilling his executive responsibilities, Tayler assumed the role of a full time coach and moved his family from Utah to Orlando, Florida.
With the move to Florida came the opportunity to dive fully into the world of individual development. Tayler now uses his Business experience, Real Estate knowledge, and Development insights to help individuals shape themselves and their Businesses in order to achieve their fullest potential.

Faith & Spirituality is the foundation of our Fundamentals because Faith gives an Individual the baseline by which they can govern themselves morally. This Belief in something greater than oneself helps to guide us towards taking actions that have increased impact and purpose.
Personal Health creates our second Fundamental as it gives us the ability to have strength and endurance physically, mentally, and emotionally to withstand the difficulties and trials of life. This Focus gives us the chance to make an impact in the following Fundamentals because we have been prepared properly.
Interpersonal Relationships follow our personal health as our Third Fundamental because those with whom we surround ourselves with determine our growth potential. Our Significant others, Friends, Children, and associates all directly impact and are impacted by our time together.
Occupational Pursuits sits near the capstone of our focus as the Fourth Fundamental as it is the first priority after you have an established baseline personally and relationally. Professional and Business Pursuits provide opportunities for financial gain and Lifelong Stability.
Finally, Financial Wellness sits at the top of our Fundamentals because financial wellness provides us the ability to live a life free of anxiety. Our opportunity is to give those we love peace in life and give back to those along the journey. Although Money is not the root of happiness or growth, Proper funding can and will give individuals increased peace and opportunity.

Focused Acquisition sits as our second Fundamental considering the ability to acquire clientele and revenues opens the doors to all possibilities. Proper and Focused Acquisition varies from business to business; However, given industry and circumstance there is always a proper angle to take advantage of.
Economic Process is the predetermined structure put in place by us as the owners to ensure smooth client experience, and clear deliverables for goods or services, while maintaining financial gain. This Process provides us clarity into the true value and ability of our business and deliverables.
Organizational Structure sits near our capstone Fundamental as our fourth as it pertains to the finding, hiring, leading, and retaining of our people. Each of these plays an important part in our overall organizational development and there are seasons of growth for each.
